하나님께 진정으로 감사를 드립니다.

드디어 기다리던 비젼 센터가 완공이 되었고 다음주 3/11 주일부터 교육부의 3부서가 들어가게 됩니다.

특별히 이곳에서 예배를 드리게 되는 올스타, 중등부 그리고 고등부 부모님들께서는 비젼 센터 운영 안내서를 꼭 읽어 주시기 바랍니다.

모든 부서의 예배는 전과 같이 11시30분에 시작을 합니다. 11시 20분까지 비젼 센터로 차를 태워서 데려다 주시기 바랍니다. 길이 뚫려서 안전하게 걸을수 있기 전까지는 절대로 학생들이 걸어가게 하지 마십시요!

(이제 곧 길이 뚫리게 되면 본관에서 2분이면 안전하게 걸어갈수 있게 됩니다)

오랫동안 기도하며 기다리던 Vision Center를 마침내3/11/2012 주일부터 전체로(Fully) 사용할 수가 있게되어, 교육부에서 일차"Vision Center 운영 안내서"를 드립니다.

1. 주일 교육부(초등부(Allstars), 중*고등부) 사용 시간:오전9:30 - 오후2:00
@예배 전 특별 활동이 없는 학생: 오전11:20분 전에 Vision Center drop off
@주일 한글 학교 학생(초등부, 중*고등부): 오전10:00시 전에 Vision
Center drop off
@중*고등부 기악부: 오전9:45분 전에 Vision Center drop off

2. 모든 교육부 학생들은 특별한 행사가 없는 한, 오후2:00시 전에
부모님들이pick up 해 주십시요.

3. 아름다운Street이 완전히 연장될 때 까지, 또 연장이 되더라도, 안전
상의 문제가 확실하게 될 때 까지, 특별히 초등부 학생들이 도보로
본당과 왕래하는 것은 삼가하도록 해 주십시요.

4. 당분간은 (아름다운street이Vision Center 와 연결 될 때까지)
초등부, 중*고등부 학생들에겐 무료로 샌드위치를 오후1:00 - 1:30
에 제공을 하겠습니다.

5. 학생들의 안전을 위해 교육부가 사용하는 오전9:30 - 오후2:00까지
두분의 선생님들이 Vision Center에 배정이 되어 안전 카메라와 학생들의
통제 지역을 감독할 것입니다.

6. 영어부 예배(EM) 시간은 종전대로 오전10:00 - 11:00 시 입니다.

우리 모두가 협조하여 안전하고, 효율적으로 교육관을 운영하여 주님께 영광을 드리고, 학생들 뿐 만이 아니라, 전 교인들에게 은혜가 넘치는 Vision Center 가 될 수 있기를 간절히 기도 드립니다.

ArumdaunVision CenterUsage Guidelines for the Education Department.

Hallelujah! Praise the LORD for his everlasting grace! We are finally moving into the Vision Center on March 11^th, 2012. Thank you everyone for your prayers and support! Below is the Vision Center usage guidelines for the Education Department.

1. The Arumdaun Education Department will use the Vision Center on Sundays from 9:30am to 2:00pm.

Students who are not involved with any other church activities before worship service can be dropped off before 11:20am.
Students who are taking the Korean class on Sundays can be dropped off before 10 am.
Youth Orchestra members can be dropped off before 9:45am.

2. All students should be picked up by their parents before 2pm unless there are activities (that you are aware of) going on at the Vision Center.

3. Until Arumdaun Street is fully extended from the main building to the Vision Center and until we know for sure that our students (especially Allstars) can walk safely to the Vision Center, please DO NOT allow any students to walk to the vision center.

4. At least for the time being, lunch will be served to all students (Allstars, Jr.High and Sr. High) who are at the Vision Center (lunch hour:1-1:30pm)

5. For the safety of our students, from 9:30am to 2:00pm, two of our teachers will be monitoring surveillance cameras and monitor the facility by walking through all areas..

6. English Ministry worship service (which will be held at the Vision Center) is from 10am to 11am.

We hope and pray that as we work together to use the Vision Center safely, effectively, and responsibly for His kingdom, not only we will honor and glorify God’s name but our hearts will also be filled with His grace.
